A younger me lay gasping on the ground in the Georgia summer heat, trying to collect myself. It was the summer of 2017, and I had just parachuted out of a military aircraft. I knew I had a bad landing, but what I didn’t yet know was that I broke my pelvis. I collected my parachute and painfully made my way almost a kilometer back to the collection point. The doctor later told me I was disqualified from trying out for the Special Forces due to my injury, give up and choose another career path. But I persisted. I worked tirelessly to rehabilitate myself, and I returned to the doctor every two weeks to show him my progress. One day he wordlessly signed my clean bill of health, and only a few months later I participated in the grueling 21 day Special Forces selection process. I was among the select few chosen to become a Green Beret.

I now apply that same careful persistence at Seymour James & Co. I help growing businesses overcome chaos, scale with confidence, and get results. My background combines:
• U.S. Special Forces experience in planning, logistics, and no-fail execution
• An MBA from the National University of Singapore, one of Asia’s top-ranked programs
• A global perspective built from years of leadership under pressure
